Master of Management Program Untar Holds Information Session for Doctors and Management of RSUPP Betun

The Master of Management (MM) Study Program of the Postgraduate Program at Universitas Tarumanagara (Untar) held an online information session on the Master of Management Study Program via Zoom on Wednesday (07/29/2026). The event was attended by approximately 40 participants, consisting of doctors and members of the management team of Rumah Sakit Umum Penyangga Perbatasan (RSUPP) Betun.

The session featured Prof. Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M., Head of the Master of Management Study Program at Untar, as the speaker. During his presentation, Prof. Keni introduced the MM Study Program, including its profile, curriculum, areas of concentration, class schedules, academic activities, and various facilities available to students. One of the main highlights of the session was the Hospital Management concentration.

This concentration is designed to equip students with managerial competencies relevant to the management of healthcare organizations and services. The Hospital Management curriculum integrates general management knowledge with specialized courses, including Hospital Organization and Management, Hospital Service and Quality Management, Logistics and Pharmaceutical Management, as well as Hospital Law and Ethics. The program is completed over three semesters with a total of 42 credits.

The event was also attended by dr. Oktelin Kurniawati Kaswadie, M.M., FISQua., Director of RSUPP Betun and an alumna of Untar’s Master of Management Study Program. Her professional role reflects the relevance of management competencies in supporting leadership and managerial responsibilities within healthcare institutions.

Prof. Keni also explained that Untar’s Master of Management Study Program is open to bachelor’s degree graduates from various academic disciplines and offers both regular and weekend class schedules. This flexibility provides opportunities for working professionals, including doctors and healthcare professionals, to pursue postgraduate education while continuing their professional careers.

Through this initiative, Untar’s Master of Management Study Program continue to broaden access to information on postgraduate education for professionals across Indonesia. The session also served as an opportunity to strengthen relations with RSUPP Betun and introduce management education as a means of enhancing leadership and managerial competencies among healthcare professionals.
