The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Tarumanagara (PPs Untar) held the Graduation Ceremony for the Master of Management (Prodi MM) and Doctoral of Management Science (Prodi DIM) Study Programs at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building M, Campus 1, Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta, on Saturday (09\/13\/2025).<\/p>\n

This event marked an important milestone in the academic journey of the graduates as they received their master\u2019s and doctoral degrees. \u201cThe academic advancement I achieved is accompanied by an improvement in the quality of solving business problems from a more comprehensive perspective,\u201d said Amelia, one of the outstanding graduates of the MM program.<\/p>\n

The graduation ceremony was led by the Director of PPs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU., ASEAN Eng., accompanied by the Head of DIM Program, Prof. Dr. Haris Maupa, S.E., M.Si., and the Head of MM Program, Prof. Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s graduation ceremony featured Dr. Ir. Aloysius Budi Santoso, M.M., Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development at PT Astra International, Tbk., as the keynote speaker. Delivering a presentation titled \u201cRealizing Superior and Visionary Human Resources for Future Leadership,\u201d he urged the graduates to continually enhance their competencies and embrace transformation in facing global changes in order to maintain added value. \u201cTransformational leadership is the key to change. Future leaders must be visionary, able to collaborate, and courageous in making decisions amid uncertainty,\u201d emphasized Dr. Budi, who is also an alumnus of the DIM program at Untar.<\/p>\n

Recognition awards as a form of appreciation for the highest achievements of the graduates were a highly anticipated moment. Thirteen graduates from the MM and DIM programs demonstrated outstanding performance by achieving a perfect GPA of 4.00 and publishing in reputable journals. In the Even Semester of 2024\/2025, the DIM program graduated one student, while the MM program graduated seventy-one students.<\/p>\n

Representing the graduates, Dr. Handojo W. Soetikno, BSET., MBA., MS. from the DIM program, along with Amelia, S.E., Ak., CPA, M.M., Dr. Nadhif Wiratara Wibowo, M.M., and Boris Manurung, S.Agr., M.M. from the MM program, shared their impressions and experiences during their studies at Untar. \u201cAlthough I am already leading a company, it is important to continue learning and improving academic capabilities. I chose Untar because of its excellent accreditation and ranking in Asia,\u201d said Boris.<\/p>\n

Dr. dr. Lamhot Asnir Lumban Tobing, Sp.BS, FINFS., MH, enlivened the event with his soulful renditions of \u201cQue Sera Sera\u201d and \u201cWe are The Champions.\u201d This performance served as motivation for the graduates to remain optimistic in pursuing success.<\/p>\n
