Aloysius Budi Santoso, M.M., Chief of Corporate Human Capital Development at PT Astra International, Tbk., during the Graduation Ceremony held at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building M, Jakarta, on Saturday (09\/13\/2025).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">On this occasion, Dr. Budi delivered a presentation titled \u201cRealizing Superior and Visionary Human Resources for Future Leadership.\u201d He emphasized the importance of enhancing personal competencies and readiness to transform in response to global changes, in order to develop added value that aligns with the demands of the times. \u201cTransformational leadership is the key to driving change. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU., ASEAN Eng., Director of the Postgraduate Program, synergy with alumni who are industry practitioners is a positive factor for the advancement of academia. \u201cThe academic world must continuously synergize with the industry to avoid falling behind.
