Organized in collaboration with Intercreativa Project, the event was conducted online via Zoom on Wednesday (06\/11\/2025) and attracted participants from various backgrounds including students, alumni, and industry professionals.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The webinar was officially opened and closed by Dr. Rostiana, M.Si., Psychologist, a lecturer in the MM Untar Program. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the urgency of establishing effective succession strategies to ensure the next generation is well-prepared to occupy strategic positions. She also encouraged young leaders to actively engage in sustainable leadership development that aligns with the evolving demands of the times.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The first session was delivered by Nathalia Minarna Parhusip, titled \u201cLeadership Sustainability: Addressing Succession Challenges in the Digital Era\u201d.
