Nurul Rizki, Callista Vanessa, and Nita Susanti. The session was moderated by Ikha Amelya.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In his session, M. Nurul Rizki provided a structured overview of the recruitment process in the professional world, from identifying hiring needs, creating job postings, and conducting the selection process, to the interview and employee onboarding stages.
