The event was led by Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M., the Head of the MM Untar Program, and Nicholas Wilson, S.E., M.M., an alumnus of the MM Untar Program.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dr. Keni and Nicholas Wilson provided in-depth insights into the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method in academic and business research. In this session, participants gained an understanding of the basic concepts of PLS-SEM, data processing techniques, and how to interpret the results of analysis more accurately.
