A thanksgiving event celebrating the achievement of “Excellent” accreditation by the Master of Management Program (MM Program), Postgraduate Program of Universitas Tarumanagara (PPs Untar), was held at Untar Campus I, Jakarta, on Friday (08/22/2025). This event served as both a moment of gratitude and a reaffirmation of Untar’s commitment to delivering high-quality higher education and producing outstanding graduates.
The event began with a warm welcome from the Director of PPs Untar, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU., ASEAN Eng. In his remarks, he expressed deep appreciation to all parties who contributed to achieving the highest accreditation rating. “Thank you to the foundation’s leadership, the university management, faculty members, students, alumni, graduate employers, and the entire team who worked together and put in great effort. This accomplishment is the result of collective synergy, and I’m proud to celebrate this moment with the Untar community,” he said warmly.

The Rector of Untar, Prof. Dr. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M., in his speech, emphasized the importance of continuing development, particularly for the MM Program. “This accreditation is not the end goal, but rather the beginning of further advancement. I hope the MM Program at Untar continues to improve quality, expand its network, increase student enrollment, and produce graduates who are competitive both nationally and internationally,” the Rector stated firmly.
Next, the Head of the MM Program, Prof. Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M., delivered her address, underlining the importance of maintaining academic quality and student services. “This accreditation is not only an external recognition but also a reminder for us to keep striving for excellence. I believe with the support of our faculty, staff, and students, the MM Program at Untar will continue to grow stronger. Let us keep building a healthy academic culture, pay close attention to students’ needs, and graduate individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also of strong character,” said Prof. Keni.
The highlight of the event was a tumpeng-cutting ceremony, symbolizing gratitude for this achievement. The celebration continued with a joint prayer, group photos, and a friendly gathering filled with warmth and a sense of unity. Attended by foundation and university leaders, faculty members, students, and invited guests, the event was not only a celebration but also a reaffirmation of the commitment of Untar’s academic community to continuously collaborate in achieving excellence in education.
