The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Tarumanagara proudly announces another milestone in advancing impactful and high-quality research. In the 2025 funding cycle, several faculty members and students from the Master of Management Program successfully secured competitive research grants from the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service (DRTPM), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
Dr. Keni, S.E., M.M., a core faculty member of the MM Program, successfully obtained funding for one project under the Fundamental Research Scheme (PFR) and two projects under the Master’s Thesis Research Scheme (PTM). These studies explore key issues surrounding digital transformation and sustainability. The PFR project, titled Mitigating the Negative Impact of Over-Tourism on Bali’s Global Image, is a collaborative research initiative with Mr. Nicholas Wilson, S.E., M.M., and Ms. Joyce A. Turangan, M.Pd. The two PTM-funded projects include Developing the Public’s Intention to Purchase Electric Vehicles as an Acceleration Strategy for Eco-Friendly Mobility Adoption (in collaboration with student Ang Amelia – 117232047), and Key Determinants of Continued Intention to Use Digital Payment Applications in Indonesia (with student Robertus Kartono W. – 117232010).
Similarly, Dr. Cokki, S.E., M.M., together with student Angely Olivia Putri (117232059), received funding for their thesis project entitled The Effect of Product Placement via Virtual Influencers on Brand Recall and Salience in West Java and Yogyakarta. This research reflects the growing relevance of digital marketing dynamics in the modern consumer landscape.
In addition, Dr. Miharni Tjokrosaputro, S.E., M.M., also secured funding under the Fundamental Research Scheme for her study titled Designing a Digital Ecotourism Model to Increase Tourist Behavioral Intention through Digital Content, Novelty, Digital Marketing Interaction, and Tourist Satisfaction. This research is expected to make a meaningful contribution to the development of sustainable tourism in the digital era.
These accomplishments highlight the strong collaboration between faculty and students in producing research that is innovative, solution-oriented, and socially impactful. The Postgraduate Program of Universitas Tarumanagara congratulates all awardees and reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence and impactful research for national development.
