Stephanie Clarissa, a student from the Master of Management Program at Universitas Tarumanagara (MM Untar), has secured first place in The 4th Three Minutes Thesis Competition, held virtually on Tuesday (21/11/2023).
In the competition, Stephanie delivered a concise and compelling presentation of her research, titled “Factors Affecting Brand Loyalty at Hotpot Restaurants in Jakarta,” in under three minutes. Her ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to a panel of academic judges earned her top honors. The judging panel praised Stephanie for her effective presentation style, noting that her performance reflected the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced academic and professional environments. According to the judges, the ability to explain research clearly and attractively in a limited time is increasingly vital in the modern era.
Following her win, Stephanie expressed hope that her achievement would inspire fellow students to stay motivated and pursue their own research endeavors. “I hope my success will be a first step in encouraging other students to stay enthusiastic and continue conducting meaningful research,” she said.

He emphasized that such competitions not only test students’ understanding of their research but also help them develop practical skills and confidence in public speaking.
