The Master’s in Management Program at Universitas Tarumanagara (MM Untar) held a webinar themed “Transformation of the Healthcare System: Hopes and Challenges for the Future” via Zoom on Monday (02/10/2023). The event featured Dr. dr. Cahyono Hadi, S.H., Sp.OG (K), Director of Dr. Moewardi General Hospital, Surakarta, as the speaker and was moderated by Dr. dr. Shirly Gunawan, Sp.FK, a lecturer in the MM program and Head of the Medical Doctor Profession Program at Faculty of Medicine Untar.
In this session, Dr. Cahyono Hadi discussed the transformation of the healthcare system in Indonesia, including the development of technology-based healthcare services, challenges in providing equitable healthcare facilities, and the role of regulations in supporting medical innovation. He also highlighted how the pandemic has changed healthcare delivery patterns and what needs to be done to ensure a more adaptive and sustainable healthcare system in the future.
