The Master of Management Program at Universitas Tarumanagara (MM Untar) held the Graduation Ceremony for the MM Untar graduates of the Even Semester of 2022/2023 on Saturday (26/08/2023) at the Main Building, Campus 1, Universitas Tarumanagara, as a testament to their success in completing advanced education in management studies. The event was attended by the graduates, faculty, and university leaders.
The Rector of Universitas Tarumanagara and the Director of the Graduate Program, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agustinus Purna Irawan, M.T., M.M., IPU., ASEAN Eng., had the honor of opening the ceremony. In his speech, he appreciated the hard work and dedication of the graduates in completing their studies to reach this level. The Rector also emphasized the importance of the contribution that MM Untar graduates will make in the business and management world in the future.
As part of the event, the graduates also received a briefing seminar with a guest speaker, Randy Tunggeleng, S.E., CPS, CT, CH, CHt, CTT, CBC, CPM, CMT, CHIC, CNC, CNLP, CMNLP, CTNLP, CFH, CDS, CSP, CMC, CHC, CCDd, DMd. Randy Tunggeleng is the youngest professional public speaker in Indonesia. He has conducted over 800 motivational training sessions across Indonesia and internationally.
In this seminar, Randy shared insights on the keys to success in facing future business challenges in an increasingly competitive world. He stressed the importance of changing mindset, attitude, discipline, honesty, and commitment to continuously learning and adapting. Randy also encouraged the graduates to keep learning and developing themselves, particularly in business, public speaking, and leadership, with the hope that they will achieve peak success in their careers.

The highlight of the event was the reading of the graduation report and the awarding of recognition to the best graduates. The report was read by the Head of the MM Untar Program, Dr. Keni S.E., M.M. The ceremony continued with the reading of the names of the graduates and the presentation of graduation certificates to each of them. The event concluded with a group photo session involving all graduates, faculty, and university leaders. Smiles of happiness were evident on their faces as they celebrated this remarkable achievement.
